After contracting the service at the Bank branch, activation codes will be delivered. The first activation code will be sent to your email address registered with the Bank. After entering the first activation code, the second activation code will be delivered via SMS to your mobile phone number. To register the service, you enter the activation codes, after which the application will require you to define a PIN code for future access and an Application Recovery Code.
The Application Recovery Code should be remembered, as it allows you to activate the application if you change your device or reinstall the application. After installing Smart Nova Mobile on a new or existing device, select the option Existing User, enter the Recovery Code and your email address registered with the Bank, after which the Bank will deliver new activation codes without visiting a branch.
Smart Nova Mobile can be used on one device only.
The service provides access to all active accounts at the Bank, as well as accounts for which you are authorized.
Via Smart Nova Mobile you can make payments from accounts for which you are authorized. Payments cannot be made from accounts of minors, but account balances and transactions are available for review.
